After this jury I definitely know what I do not want the project to be (an archive)! :)

I work on the plan now, so it starts to suggest some kind of alternative usage/program. Some of the vaults should contain buildings, some program, some are empty. I found these amazing plans of transilvanian castles & sketches by Kahn, that work with mass/solid relationships. problem is light: maybe some vaults have a oculus like the one in the mexican cave we saw… any thoughts??

wow…chill Felix chill…your project will be what you want it to be, don’t be aggressive towards the archive :))

I think it would be nice to draw the plan as mass and void, I don’t know whether the plan needs to define/ suggest a programme, It can talk about the mountain’s internal relationships – YES – compared to the exterior. For me at least it is a magic mountain also because you perceive it as a pile of shit at first which then becomes magic as you enter it. – It would try to explore ways of showing how you enter it really? ( which is unknown yet – or I haven’t seen it) how you approach it as it is growing? I think it would be interesting to understand the dynamic you and the mountain have before you get to the treasures buried inside.
    – your references are nice! – Romania comes to the rescue I see hah. You can also look at salt mines, there’s a huge one in Romania which is like a city inside, it’s beautiful.

don’t worry, I don’t mean to be aggressive – just clarifying what it is (mountain) and what its not ;)
