The internet allows for a connection between each individual to every other individual, which means that everyone has the equal ability of producing and receiving unlimited amounts of information in any form.
This results is a change in the mechanisms of dialogue that now occur in the form of inconsequential bursts of information.
In spite of this, the physical spaces that account for this dialogue are still based in Greco-Roman ideals of hierarchy, high idealism, timelessness and order. These ideals have survived in public accessible spaces such as universities, museums, libraries, theatres, etc; creating a total separation between the mechanisms of dialogue in the physical and the virtual world.
This project aims at merging the online and offline worlds of knowledge and dialogue in order to stop the divergence between the city and this new society.
